So I have a 2006 kawasaki ninja and it runs great while cold but after it warms up I lost a good amount of top end speed and pulling power I've looked up everywhere what the issue could be but can't find an answer for it I heard it might be running to lean but idk

It sounds like clogged high speed jets or some old gas,try some fresh gas with some sea foam mixed in it,check the spark plugs also,I would do that first.

With a lot of the electronics associated with modern vehicles the complexities of issues can be a lot more complicated than that of a motorized bicycle engine.

Go have a diagnostic test done on your motorcycle.

When was the last time it was in a shop for not only its oil changes but also having its valves adjusted as well.

Lots of things can cause it to go down in power once it warms up. Everything expands when it gets warm/hot and then all kinds of leaks can happen. A simple squirt bottle with water in it can tell you a lot. Look all the way around your head gasket too, a tiny black oily spot is a sign of a leak.

I tried the sea foam along with new gas hasn't seemed to fix the issue yet that I can tell how long does it usually take? People have been saying check the compression or valves but I don't know how to do it

Probably just some plugged up injectors paired with old gas. If you don't know how to check valve lash take it to someone who does

You live in Ca. so the bike probably is a Ca. bike with Ca. emissions
A few things you can check
Check vacuum hoses and the emission system
also make sure the throttle body isn't loose and the air filter duct and filter has a good seal

But since your not experienced with working on motorcycles I suggest you take your bike to a Professional Motorcycle Mechanic

I would think the seafoam will work if it is going to by the time you used the tank up,it is not a instant fix nor does it fix all carb problems but I have fixed a few with partially clogged jets using it.

I checked spark plugs there new no issues there as for old gas I tried sea foam and put gas in it no changes so far
