Loud squealing when starting, wont start

so my bike was running absolutely perfect... until.... i rode about 10mi full throttle, got to my gf's house and the silver part of the spark plug was a foggy blue color. i took it out, and the bottom was a charred black. so i got a new one
i have also just replaced my cdi and magnito.
once i got there and shut the engine off i tried taking it back out and now anytime i attempt to start it i get this popping/squealing noise.
there is resistace when i ride, all bolts are tight, im new and know nothing about engines.... any help would be greatly appreciated.

take the spark plug out and see if it still squeals

well, i took everything on it apart, and let it sit there for about an hour, then when I put everything back together it started up just fine, it's been running all day just fine but now I can't fix the idle on it and it's idling super high and it's making this popping sound when I let off the throttle
