I've got my 4 stroke up and running, she runs fine, it takes a third of the throttle before anything kicks, I have to rid up and down many hills so I was wondering if there's a way to make the clutch not engage at idle but to engage after like 4 mph? Like are there springs that wrap or would it catch on idle without springs? I don't need speed, I need distance and consistency. I still pedal with the bike, up to about 12 to 17 mph before I can full throttle without grinding the clutch (I think it isn't at least)

What kind of centrifugal clutch? Some have different strength springs available.
Here's the one I burnt up during break in because I didn't realize it was slipping so bad. 75mm wide, like 12 I think for the center, 3 pads and springs
