Mag Wheel Hack

Looks like you got a good line up. To get my spoke wheel, sprocket, and disc to line up took a bit of patience. The mag Im converting is a really nice set but with full width not like your wheel which is made for the MB frame. Seems like $$$ or the lack there of forces me to have to overcome stuff the hard way.

No but I have seen M/Cs that do. That would solve a lot of issues. There is probably a M/C caliper that is deep enough and wide enough to maybe span the chain. Surely for a 35 chain, maybe a 41?.
This is what I could come up with ? For disc brake #41 chain...

With the size sprockets we use these days not enough area to install a caliper on a sprocket. I built a jackshaft bike years back and mounted a disc to the jackshaft with a mechanical brake, you really have some braking power in the jackshaft. Just glad there is a 203mm disc. I suppose one could use a very large sprocket overlaid to the hub some how. I bet there are large metal discs out there somewhere.

Don't worry, I'm working on a kit for this too. lol

I'm using dirt bike equipment though.
