Welp looks like ill need your guys help again... unfortunately i was not able to finish my build yesterday. putting these wheels on is harder than i thought??? Ill let you guys be the judge. im trying to put these magwheels on, but the axle setup is kinda confusing me and maybe causing me clearance issues. my platform is a Huffy Cranbrook, so i wonder if that could be a factor. my question is, how in the hell do i mount these things? whats the spacer setup? im at a loss lmao😭😭 heres some pictures for reference
btw wat do you guys think? i think shes comin along nicely, would be cool if i could actually use it lol

Couple things..
You’ll definitely need to get the axle back into the dropouts where there’s a minimum of a full washer/nut on the drop out. Any less would not be good.

Why do you need such a big spacer on the engine side sprocket?

And there’s an awful lot of axle sticking out past the axle nut.
It may work this way but probably isn’t necessary.

The front caliper mount…
I use that same mount. You probably gonna have to flip the caliper mount bracket to get the caliper in line with the rotor. The bottom of the caliper mount should fit between the fork and inside wheel nut.
I had to use 3 metal screws into the top of my caliper bracket. This caliper mount works but it’s very flimsy.
Without the screws a hard stop would twist the caliper mount.

The pic shows 1 screw. There’s 3 spaced evenly around. I also had to put rubber around the fork to make the bracket fit tight.
The axle nut also needs to be very tight. A few hard stops caused the bottom end of the caliper to open and almost rip off from the axle.

If you use this front caliper mount keep a close eye on it for a while. They’re very weak.

The best option is another type of caliper mount. Heavier guage metal.

Or do what I did...unscrew and get rid of those "Things" that hold onto the fork and replace it with the appropriate size "Adel" clamp...Problem solved, I've been riding with that for years and it doesn't budge even when hard braking...lol.

The rubber on an adel clamp helps with keeping the clamp in place once it’s tight.
I used that type clamp to attach my turn signals.

You're probably gonna need to stretch the frame. Could you be a little more specific on the clearance issues?

when i screw the axle nuts on, the drive chain is touching the frame, and im not sure what those silver things on the axle are. are they spacers? if i have to stretch the frame, i will!

D, is that cable designed to pull at a 90deg angle? It doesn't look kosher. No doubt it works. Was it needed to make it work for your purpose?

Pictures are worth 1000 words. Put the wheel on in place and tighten the nuts on, than snap a few pictures please.
