Making the leap from gas to electric

Thnak you, I wa beginning to think for my needs I was going to need to spend a lot more money.

I just place and order, from a seller on amazon for a 48 volt 1000 watt kit, I've found a seller, not on amazon that sells a 48 volt 11.6 ah rear rack battery for around $220, with 18650 cells.

That's great Kmarcetjr! As long as it meets your needs & wants, it is a perfect purchase. Be sure to let us know what kind of performance and how you feel about it after it comes in and you get it put together. I was not trying to talk you into spending a bunch of money in my previous posts, my main point was to research it out first. If you get bit real hard by the electric bug over the next 5 to 10 years you will most likely wind up spending a fairly good chunk of money. (I know I did)
