Manitoba, Canada Laws for Gas Motor Assisted

Hi!

I have opened this thread for anyone interested. I will be posting more, but... near as I can tell, they are basically illegal because they do not have a VIN, and can't properly be placed under MOPED without one. I am contacting authorities to find out.

I believe that in the states, you can apply for a VIN for a vehicle which doesn't have one. There may be a similar method in the provinces.
