I'm a member there, and have completely missed seeing anyone claim 6000rpm+ on the 152f. Mine sounded like it's ready to fly apart at 5500rpm, the few times I've let it run out that high (downhill). Tbh, mine won't pull to 6000rpm on flat ground and power drops rapidly above about 4500rpm. And it's running correctly - good compression, carb jetted right, valves set correctly etc... A friend with a phatty has an identical experience with his.
