You better check with Minnesota, up here in Canada it hasn't been cold enough to maintain the ice on the local ice fishing pond.

I notice so far the winter has been mild toping 40° but February is generally the coldest month to come.

Well, s**t went to the bike shop they could not install it either the guy said we had 4 hands on it could not get it in.
So I don't feel as dumb on YouTube they go on with such ease I think they are company employees who put them on with an oversize tire that makes it look real easy.
I'm gonna contact Ebay to see if they well extend a return cause it's defective product that can cause injury or death!
