Everything can be replicated for the front wheel, they're not off the shelf kits, but any builder can make one.

What about the bicycle rear push trailer?

Axle mount chain drive. Drives using a jack shaft. Direct drive, clutch drive.

There are shaft dives bicycle. One could do a build using this method. Also there 2 wheel drive bicycles. There are threads of past builders talking about doing builds with one these bikes but to the best of my knowledge none were ever built
