Im wanting to order a clone of the Mikuni VM16 carburetor.

My question is, where do i find jets that will work? ...the vm16 is no longer made but im hoping the vm18 or some other carburetor share the same dimensions.

The Mikuni brand jets are hex shaped and availble at any good bike shop but again if getting a clone you will want to check that it use the same size threading and type as the branded ones, you can order from

they carry both the branded and oem replacements.

I've not seen many clones of the Mikuni vm series except this one and it's spelled Maikuni and comes in a red and black box.

As you can see it looks more like an OKO carb than a Mikuni.

Thanks guys.

Well, i hope they are infact the same on the clone.

Guess ill have to buy 1 jet and make sure before i buy an assortment.
