Minarelli 70cc vertical on a YD100 crankshaft

I was thinking about putting the top end (Minarelli 70cc vertical) on a chinese motorized bicycle, the crankshaft has the same measurements and all of that, but the real question issssss... could it need a spacer?

Needs a spacer/adapter plate. A quick search will find you one

Does the yd100 crank have compatibilities with the minarelli vertical piston?
