I just noticed a new motorized bicycle engine kit from the good people at Bicycle-Engines. It’s the Iron Cylinder Iron Butterfly Minarelli Engine Kit. The description of the cylinder says it is chrome plated. Isn’t the Minarelli prone to soft seizing? I would appreciate any comments. Thank you.

If it comes with a 6 month warranty, I would say it's well worth it. Just baby it like you've never babied anything before for 300 miles and if it doesn't have any issues it will be just fine
