Ok, I finally got my clutch set up and working...sorta. Now my issue is that I have it adjusted perfectly with 1-2 mm of Freeplay. I start riding her and she starts up perfectly, but when I stop and get off a try to disengage the clutch so she free rolls, her back wheel is locked up and she won't disengage. If I have it adjusted perfectly and just disengage the clutch and walk with her, as I'm walking it starts to get harder to push and is no longer disengaged. I'm nervous about going on a longer ride and having it keep tightening, I'm not sure what could happen if it tightens too much while I'm riding it. And yes I have the set screw in so it's not that.

Just back off the flower nut one notch counter clockwise, take it for another ride, and see if it is right then...If not, back off another notch on the flower nut and try it again...All this is, is just getting it zoned in now and accounting for the clutch pad expansion as the friction heat builds on them a bit.

Ps...Don't forget to put that set screw for the flower nut into its notch evertime you back it off one notch.

If you forget to do this the clutch will just throw itself out of adjustment again.

Also make sure the set screw where the cable attaches to the clutch lever on the engine is tight and the cable doesn't move around.
I was just thinking this too. If that clutch cable is slowly slipping even a little bit it can cause similar symptoms to clutch drag caused by thermal expansion. I always liked the added security of a set screw barrel end on the cable over the set screw on the arm itself, or a combination of both.

I've split the arm before, so now I use a barrel outside the arm.
