hey everyone, I was just thinking about some of the things that I read earlier while looking up the Texas codes. stuff like <40cc and <40mph, but no matter what, nothing with a pocketbike engine. I wonder why the fuzz has it out so hard for the pocketbikes. They are so fun to ride, its such an oddity, but it works. You'd never want to ride far on them.

but still, to outlaw their engines on everything including bicycles? what good does that do?

Banning pocketbikes from public highways and streets keeps kids from hurting themselves and from making noise that might disturb neighbors, since kids never hurt themselves or make noise.
