motor bike won't spark

hello, my bike won't start. as far as i can see, the bike will not spark. i checked the CGI and the magneto coil and the wires. only thing i can see is that the thing wont spark and i cant figure out how to fix it.

How did you check for spark? Did you try a different plug? Is the rotor turning when you crank the engine over? Make sure all the connections are tight and clean.

Not too many things will cause no spark at all.

CDI is most common culprit but can be caused by the magneto(especially if its not sealed and gets wet), plug wire, or rarely the plug. The magnet itself can go bad as well, but usually causes a weak spark that you can still see when it does - not zero spark at all.

Check the magneto. If it's good try it with the kill switch wires removed. //if still no spark try a new cdi. Testing with a new plug is always a good way to make sure your not replacing good parts, and it's nice to have a spare if it is something else. Guess that goes for all the electrical parts.
