Hi, so I just built a HT on a Schwinn swindler bike and it worked great for a while then I took off the clutch cover just to make sure everything is good and I noticed the small gear was loose and the screw holding it in almost fell out so I locktit it back in place. I also adjusted the clutch and now when I try and start the bike up even when I am going fast enough it won't start anymore it just feels like I put the breaks on then as soon as I try it again it starts right up. Is there anyway to fix this? Before it started up every time no problem.

sounds like your clutch is slipping - read more about adjusting cable and clutch

this is assuming you didn't lose the woodruff key from the small gear
