Motorbike Newbie needs some tips

Hey yall I have done some mopeding in the past but am new to motorized bikes. I want to make a nice low rider bike and wanted to know where the best place to start getting good parts from is and what to watch out for

I did read your crash course thread was very useful but I guess I shouldve specified I am going to make a board track racer style bike and was wondering if anyone had specific suggestions as far as good frames to start with or ebay/online stores that have good parts.
