motoredlife scam

Hello, back again. I wanted to update everyone. It has been over 5 months and ive still yet to receive my engine kit from motoredlife.com. Ive sent multiple emails to no avail. The engine kit has been in stock for 3 months and bicycle-engines has a ton of them. Still havent got my engine.

What should i do in the scenario? i cant reverse the payment, its been almost half a year!! Bicycle-engines are of no help ( motoredlife site says the kits are "sold and shipped by bicycle-engines.com")

I want to clarify, bicycle-engines.com has nothing to do with this, they have been amazing to me and I've only heard great things about thier customer support.

Has anyone else also purchased an engine from here and have yet to receive it?

I remember this situation and even back then, Molly said there is nothing they can do about it since Alex at Motored Life is a separate entity from them.

If I were Molly and bicycle-engines.com, I would tell Alex that there will be no more business deals between them until they make good on customers who in good faith have ordered Zeda products from him knowing that his motored life business is getting his goods from B-E.com.

I repeatedly do go out of my way to warn people to NEVER do business with motored life as he is NOT reputable.

I truly wish there was something that could be done for you on this...Perhaps the Better Business Bureau may be of help but also what your already doing here and that is telling one and all on a world wide forum just how bad Alex really is.

The one thing I know that would have a positive effect from Molly, at least for our little "world" here in the forums is to cut off all business relationships with Motored Life and Alex as he is damaging their reputation as well since he tells everyone that all orders from him are actually shipped out from B-E.com which is a subtle way for Alex to try and avoid and deny responsibility for his lack of doing the right thing for his customers that also just happen to be members of our forum.

He is getting a world wide reputation here on the forums that should put him out of business as people keep getting notified of whom to do business with and which businesses should be avoided at all costs.

I just ordered a bike and engine kit from this company Friday, payment has already gone through and come to find out I may not receive my product. Should have done my due diligence I guess! Sorry for everyone’s loss with this supplier!

Ok good news. I apparently used paypal for the purchase.. Called em up and told them i purchased this in sep of last year and have yet to receive item. They said they cant do anything because it was over 180 days. I said wait a second and looked it up, its been 178 days!!

The lady was hesitant at first, almost seemed like she assumed i was tying to game the system. Until she noticed that i was never even given a tracking number.

Motoredlife has 10 days to respond to paypals request or i automatically win the case.

funny thing is, i looked up my order using my order number and sure enough, order is still there with no updates whatsoever

I love it when there is some sort of positive feedback to an otherwise bad situation, I'm staying tuned to this station...lol...lol.
