motorized bicycle kit help!

hey guys

i have a Canadian tire superbike (like 80 bucks) and want to mount a motor to it. my budget is less than 200 bucks. i found a kit on ebay and wondered are these worth buying?

is there a kit worth buying that will be lower maintenance for under 200 bucks? i dont want to buy a crappy kit
