require registration, a driver's license, and compliance with traffic laws must be registered with the Nevada DMV. A driver's license of any class is required to operate a motorized bike

Helmets are required for riders

  4. Have a label with the manufacturer’s name, model type, year, and materials; and
  5. Have a DOT imprint in the back, which certifies compliance with the Federal Motor Vehicles Safety Standards.8

you know what having to have a 3 pound helmet sucks
 
That is the biggest reasons most states have when they start doing hard regulaltions against motorised bicycles because some of those DWI guys take a crap bike and literally just throw a crap motor on them with zero attempt to even make them look safe and might as well hang a neon sign on them saying "Bust Me, Im riding this because of my DWI".

Serious riders not trying to skirt the laws, make something decent out of them where they look good, ride good, and obviously took time and care to make them as safe as possible and it shows.

The only times ive gotten pulled over is by "rookie" cops that don't know me in town all because they really want to look at what i built because it is so much different from what the DWI and drug offenders in my town have built, and it shows...DAMIEN
yeah myne a pile of crap do look good don't sound good and I DEFINITELY don't ride good
