Hello all!
Thank you all for the wealth of knowledge you provided me over the past month, and for the years to come. After all, for the past month every one of my searches related to motorized bicycles assemble/modification/etc included “motoredbikes.”
Who would’ve thought to put a motor in that perfect hole of a bicycle frame after all these years?! Apparently I’m decades behind, but glad I get to enjoy it now as a (somewhat) responsible adult.
I’ve tinkered with go karts, motorcycles, and 4 wheeled toys for the past 10 years and when I can. This hobby is a lot cheaper and satisfaction comes much sooner than my last project (1966 Honda CB77 305cc “Superhawk”).
I will gladly continue digging up gold in this forum of knowledge and hope to give back in the future. As a beginner, I am beginning with $100 bikes and $100 kits. Add $100 or so to that for miscellaneous parts and I get joy and satisfaction of tinkering like no other hobby I’ve ever had.
