Motorized bike build

I’m lucky, — Hyper Cruiser came in today

The rest will be coming in the following days.

Here are some tips that I've gathered

Remove coaster brake
Grind sprocket so it fits over the dust cover
Put 2 stroke oil on your piston, cylinder and connecting rod
Align piston (the arrow isn't always accurate)
Torque head bolts to specified torque
Put 3in1 oil on your chain
Add front and rear rim brakes
Spray a nice little spot of Red-n-Tacky on the clutch bevel gear
Tire pressure? do I need a gauge?
Re tighten everything. re tighten exhaust bolts ever few rides till the gasket settles
Re torque head bolts every ride for the first 200 miles
Drill holes in magneto cover for cooling

Thanks to everyone who has contributed
Forgive me for the blinds in the picture

Who told you to drill holes into the mag cover? You will let dirt and water in, they put a gasket on the cover for a reason.

Make sure your exhaust has a secondary support to the frame, not just hanging off the head.

I was also pleasantly surprised how quickly my hyper came in. I look forward to seeing your progress!

Well, it’s coming together ok
I do need some zip ties to clean up my cables, are there any problems with zip tieing the cables to the frame? Some are a little long
