I use RTV a lot of stuff like this, I take some Ultra copper and the little metal plate with pores inside the stock gasket since it's already falling apart I burn out the gasket material and use the bench grinder with a wire wheel to get out all the ash.

After that use a good amount on one side then put it on the engine studs and then on the muffler flange and bolt it on lightly just to hold it in place, with an hour and toure it up and done! A good old gasket for a good old boy!

Someone put. A link on that super copper gasket maker and I cannot find it? What EXACTLY IS this stuff called? Or look like? I seen some copper gasket tube a while.back and. The GENIUS BEHIND THE SCOUTER SAID " You don't want that you want this blue stuff this is the stuff you want it was garbage" I went back and got my money returned"!!!

I'll give you a few links. I got you a few sizes 3.5 oz, 6.4 oz and 10.1 oz and the copper spray a gasket. It's great for those aluminum gaskets, gives you a better seal.

Thanks a bunch I really appreciate it.
What burns my ass on these bills is what I'm dealing with right now I built a new muffler and had all kind of problems with it I got it down and got the compression good and now my carb is messed up! It's stuck on Full Throttle I checked everything the barrel is in line The cable is working fine the throttle itself is turning fine, I had to reposition the pin to the top notch because I was running way tgmgmtmtmoo rich but I had the problem before that

Funny Post
Go 4 Stroke !!!!
Ive had 2 strokes for years and now i wont go back
I own and opperate a fabrication company that only dose Motorized Bicycles
The Change is coming 2 strokes are for people/ Tinkerers who like fixing their broken Parts
All i built when i started 5 years ago were 2 strokes
Now i turn those builds down
I still make durable parts and accessories for them but wont touch a 2 stroke build
My 4 strokes go over 75mph OVER with a 230 lb rider!!!
The frustration of those bikes had me cursing all the time
So I Switched it up
Got some free stuff for you all check it out >> Thanks Erik GHettoBike

I like those 2 Stroke engines as well but I have to agree 4 Strokes are much more reliable, in the case of these bike engines it's the god dam vibration that does them in causing all kind of problems in a short amount of time.

What I hate is those horrible engine bolts they put on those kits, they are just trash. Get yourself some 12.9 grade steel socket caps to replace all of them, you need 40mm 25mm and 35mm bolts just take all the engine bolts out or if you don't want to get about 12 40mm, 12 25mm and 6 35mm so you have lots of extras you may even want more.

The frustration comes from air leaks for me mainly but I keep it at bay by keeping my case bolts tight that's where almost all power loss for me comes from, I used to be my head but that's easy to solve, keep it tight and use Ultra copper on both side of the aluminum gasket no more leaks.

What problems did you run into yourself?

Also those gas tanks are super cool looking.

Thanks By The Way!!
Same kinda S*** that happens to everyone
but for me There was no way to stand behind the china girls as far as quality is concerned
from the bottom up its all poor quality material
and very inconsistent sleeves bottom ends stroke ports Ehhhhh....
After a few years of working on 2 strokes i met a friend who is a tuner
Ports like nobody's business ... he actually holds a record for fastest " I wont say " / don't want to drag anyone in the mix .
Any how he still works on a few peoples 2 strokes and hes constantly looking for the right matching parts ..
Keep in mind ,his work is measured in thousandths and fractions of degrees ... and all his motors run the same Matchy Matchy
all my upgraded 4 strokes go through him!!
They are fun but if your not actually measuring your not actually porting !!
People think they can get in there and make it faster with a dremil all willy nilly are funny.
Its a real skill to do it right
port flow

Everyone wants to go fast but few know how.
Even then your pushing that little china doll to the max ...
And as cheap as they are you wont get too far
I tell my customers its like Sup-ing Up a 1985 Yugo GV
Nice chattin with ya all

Biggest problem I have had was due to my own lack of attention. Forgot to fasten the coaster arm one day and destroyed my rear wheel. Bent axle, bearings falling out and the whole shabang! Other than that My bike is reliable. I do check it out often for any loosening of critical parts like the hub adapter, chains and the muffler and stuff but loc-tite and nylock nuts are good at keeping that in check. I think it's better to be safe than sorry as the old adage goes. I enjoy this hobby :)

I also cuss a lot. :D
I'm going threw coaster brakesvlike crazy as well and I think the longest I've ridden my bike is about ten min after I finished the build. Yup lots of cursing.

I am always improving my bike, but about a month ago I blew up my motor and could not find a direct replacement. So I went from 4.5hp to a 9hp. I did a major rebuild. I have a lot of trouble with chains. I had an issue with a half link pin coming out, so I just welded it in. Well the torque caused it to just snap on one side and the chain went into the spokes. That was bad!! Took out almost a third of my spokes. Fixed now... My full transmission has 4 chains and right now 3 of them are stretching like a pornstar. Two of them are so loose that deceleration is scary because of all the chain "kick-back", which is when a super loose chain doesn't go back on the sprocket perfectly and binds momentarily a few times a second. It means I have to take the f***ing thing apart and put some solid tensioners in cause a half link won't do it. Not to mention I just noticed one of my pillow blocks mount holes is broken off. Like, WTF! Somethings gotta change... Before I upgrade the motor that is... :D
