Motorized bike clutch issue? Grubbe Skyhawk 66cc

As circled the the lil bolt that sticks out, is loose. Could that be why my clutch doesn’t disengage. I’ve tried everything .. flower nut, cable, clutch arm, longer bucking bar..

Some of us have it worse than others but I keep enough parts to repair all of my bikes, you will learn what you need to keep on hand to make this hobby more fun.

so if I buy a woodruff key could that possibly solve the issue?

Take it apart and see if yours is missing or broken first.

Did you take the sprocket off, or just look at it an see it is missing, because you have to take it off to see if it is there. You will not see it while the sprocket is on.

With Karl Snarl's input and this video, I found my issue I and I didn't even realize what could have caused it.

Yeah but is he really? did he take off the sprocket and look. Because you can't see it unless you turn a wrench. lol

Sorry guys I havent been on the computer lately I’ve been bus. So, I took of the nut in the sprocket, and I see nothing in the little slot

I took the nut off, in the sprocket. And my gear puller is coming in today also
