My clutch will not disengage at all whenever I pull in my clutch. Can people throw ideas on whats wrong? The cable pulls the lever on the case fine, so I don't know whats happening.

Need more info than that big guy...2 stroke, 4 stroke, make of motor, etc.
Probably a 2 stroke from what he described.

@rayz4321 it probably needs adjusting. Push the lever all the way as far as it will go (in the disengaging direction) and see if that disengages it. You'll be pushing it past where the cable pulls it to.

There's a thing about the flower nut and the tiny screw that holds it in place. If you forget to reinstall the screw, the flower nut will back itself off and you'll eventually have no pressure to engage the clutch. It's action is a bit backwards considering the big hidden spring inside the clutch shaft plays a bigger role in your initial clutch pressure to engage and disengage the plate that visibly moves.

One of the many reasons why I wrote a very exacting and exhaustive tutorial on clutch adjustment from beginning to end...People that have followed it "TO THE LETTER" have had good results...The speed readers who have no patience to read things thoroughly, not so much...lol...lol.
