Proky: Yes, it's a 9.4. Gives decent acceleration.

I bet it has great acceleraton, but I also bet it's very not legal.

This may seem like a great thing but the reality is someone will ride for all it is worth and get seriously injured or dead. I made a motorbike when I was 16, it could go 75 mph, it had a 10hp cement mixer engine. I never rode it really that fast because the brakes where not capable. This will kill the hobby if it becomes popular, here in NY it happened in the mid 80's they banned all motorized bicycles after many guys put engines with a lot of horsepower.
