Ms881 cylinder build possible?

Most machine shops could probably bore it out for you. You might pay a pretty penny, but they'll do it. And an extra MM should be fine. While you have the rod put and the crank pulled apart you could reassemble the crank with a 38mm stroke crank.
I just had a thought is there any 38mm cranks with atleast a 12mm wrist pin or are they 10mm?

They're all 10mm, but if you were to have a machine shop bore your rod you would need it removed from the crankshaft. So you might as well swap it onto a 38mm crank while it's apart.
This to me is a cool idea I think the biggest anyone has done is the 56mm bore. This could be the first true 100cc if myself or anyone builds it.

A member here put bushings on the ends of the wrist pin so he could still run the needle bearing.
So basically the 10mm pin goes through the middle and he put that 12mm OD tube cut to 7mm on both sides and then washers. Friction and the needle bearing keep the sleeves in place. For the life of me I don't know what that part of the piston is that supports the pin on both sides. But he put sleeves on both sides, washers then the circlips. This should work fairly well with the 13mm hole if the right spacers were used.
