Muffler fitting

I've got a pipe with a 1" OD, and a muffler with a 1.1" ID. I can't weld it because the muffler is aluminum, I could use JB weld but it wouldn't look that great, or guarantee a tight fit. Any ideas?

There are Pipe joint sleeve clamps and Pipe Lap joint clamps Their made to join pipes together

Use muffler tape then slap the Joint clamp on

Or use muffler tape an aluminum can skin and a couple hose clamps and make your own Joint sleeve clamp

Meh... it's a pipe... and it' amazing what good ole' high temp flat black paint will cover (you'll see!)

I needed SOME WAY to rig a SBP expansion chamber to a stock header... without welding.
