Z Zac Active Member Local time 12:33 AM Joined Dec 19, 2021 Messages 180 Jan 11, 2023 #1 I've got a pipe with a 1" OD, and a muffler with a 1.1" ID. I can't weld it because the muffler is aluminum, I could use JB weld but it wouldn't look that great, or guarantee a tight fit. Any ideas?

Wrench Well-Known Member Local time 12:33 AM Joined Nov 14, 2018 Messages 8,992 Location So Cal Jan 11, 2023 #2 There are Pipe joint sleeve clamps and Pipe Lap joint clamps Their made to join pipes together Use muffler tape then slap the Joint clamp on Or use muffler tape an aluminum can skin and a couple hose clamps and make your own Joint sleeve clamp

I needed SOME WAY to rig a SBP expansion chamber to a stock header... without welding.
