Can someone tell me how to mod a stock muffler insert to be a high flow one? My 99 came without an insert and it's a little too loud. I'm buying a stock one on eBay and need to know how to make it a high flow one.

Hi Chizzer, Tom Hand made the Hi-flow muffler for the WC-1 Whizzer.
I bought the last pieces from tom some years back.

You'll need to buy some 1" perforated tubing, you can do a google search, like this one www.beverlin.com

When you get your muffler, you'll have to cut off the front and middle sleeves that don't have any small holes like the last sleeve, then you'll have to drill a 1" diameter hole in them so that the 1" perforated tube can be place between them, perforated tube should be 7 1/2" long. Tack weld them together.you can add the 1" solid tube 2" long if you like, will make no difference.

The fiber glass should be 1/2" thick 7" long.
