My 70cc nrg will take long to reach top speed with sometimes not even making it but sometimes if you do full throttle it will give it to you all at once
    Please help please

Check that the variator and its assembly is working properly!sounds like its roller weights are sticking.

Is this an atv or something else? Is it 2 stroke or 4, we had a mini quad that had this problem only on flats... Slight incline or downhill and it worked good, had a bent intake turned out from when it got dropped on a down tree.

Nobody noticed it for years till it happened again and the intake snapped. Only after looking at it could you see it would hold a carburetor just wrong enough. Also had a crack in the carb that was not seen and probably sucked air or gas at the wrong time or even acted as a overflow. It was a weird Japanese thing with a metal box and rubber things in it and whatever. Always smelled like it was leaking fuel..

sounds like you may need to lean out your mixture at your pin 1 notch up droping the needle and almost definatly a larger main jet are my first thoughts

idle to part throttle air fuel is adjusted at pilot / air screw

    midrange at needle

top end by flow amount at main jet

be aware of how to read your spark plug black plugs r to much fuel white over hot too much air see chart

The 70cc nrg is a scooter with centrifugal clutch, variator and cvd type drive. And when the weighted rollers wear and or start to stick you could be trying to pull away from a stop in to low of a ratio to let the engine unload properly, Or if they stick in the high ratio then the engine revs right up and unloads quickly!

This is the 2-stroke forum, but it sounds a 4-stroke with a bolt on transfer case and Nuvinci type rear hub?

Apparently it's a 2s, but also apparently a 70cc isn't even a standard, they come in 49cc but people like to upgrade their jugs (I won't argue with a nice set of upgraded jugs personally).

Perhaps because of the nice jugs we should let the thread take safe harbor where it is. Good jugs like that are hard to not come by. I think once that famous guy said give me the biggest jugs you got or give me death.

He helped pave the way to America's freedom to post unrelated things in places they shouldn't be, and he did it for the jugs (I'm sure of this, what man wouldnt)

I suggest we ALL get bigger, better, more perkier jugs and I'm certain that if we do we will have more than enough to keep us calm with this infraction.

There is a new 2-stroke kit that actually is 70cc, the Zeda 80cc.
    It's wide...

Electric start, 'wet' automatic clutch, back-up pull start, and on-board power generation.
That is a possibility but if the OP can't even bother to post a pic or any real details I'm done in this topic as all anyone can do is guess.

Maybe check out motorbicycling.com, they usually have somebody who's willing to sell you something that might fix your problems.
