My armybike is done

FYI - for anyone who's interersted, there's a really nice series of classic saddles made in the Netherlands by Lepper. They're less expensive than the the Brooks saddles, and very nice. I got a "Classic 90" new on eBay a while back for $32. On the Lepper site they're around 66 Euros though.

That is the info I've been looking for for ages. I thank you from the bottom of my bottom!
I've written to Lepper to ask for their advice on the most comfy for 4-stroke.
Many thanks Kilroy.

I can't tell you where to get one, but I rode 16 miles yesterday on frost heaved northern Indiana roads, no rear-end pain or even fatigue. I bought an old seat from ebay (frame actually, no padding or upolstery), then covered it with 1" polyurethane foam and goatskin.

I have now found a rearsprocket I belive will fit my bike with a bit modification :)
At last I can ride with comfort without reving the engine so much.
37 sprocket.

Video will come when applied.

What size sprocket came with the kit? A 44T sprocket should be OK I'd have thought. That 37T looks like you'll have trouble clamping it to the spokes and the bolts need to be close to the centre of the circle which is where all those holes are now. Where did you get the sprocket and what's it meant for? BTW that Brookes saddle is PERFECT for that bike - $6 for a real leather sprung saddle is an incredible bargain. Is it a 70cc HT?

44T came with, but Im a lightweighter, prox 10 stone at most, all muscle ;-)

I dont know really what the spocket are meant for, but in the ad it says "Grimecahub"
The thickness is correct, and so are the teeths lengt, aswell as the centerhole (I dont have to enlarge it) and its realtively cheap.
So will se :)
The saddle wasnt complete, but with a couple of screws and bolts it was, so it was a bargain :)
Its ac 62cc, Ive and a mechanic have measerued it (really accurate), its supposed to be 60cc but I got 2cc for free ;-)

Can you spraypaint leather?
Im thinking of spraypainting the saddle so It matches the bike more....but i dont know....

No painting it would be a disaster. Over time it will get a patina from your sitting on it. With the passing of time and with frequent use part of you will become part of the saddle and part of the saddle will become part of you from the exchanging of molecules as you go over bumps at speed. At least that is what the Irish writer Flann O'Brien says in his book "At Swim Two Birds".
Seriously painting the saddle would devalue it. It is a class saddle and lots of people will admire it and English tourists may be tempted to even sniff it.
I looked it up on a UK website and it's worth about UK 80 quid and you might need to get a lock for it.

I have today made myself a rear-mirror. Its originally a child-bike rear-mirror that I have modified. I think it really fits the bike and the old-school look, quite discret.

I also masked up the tank with som stripes Im planing to paint. Having the tank clean green is nice aswell, but I need to have something to do :)

Dnger warning!!!

Your bike is a thing of of beauty. I love the copper coil, and the lights; while the front brake is an interesting and unique focal point unto itself, but please, PLEASE take off that front fender and either leave it off or get a longer one that has two sets of struts, one front and one back of the fork. If (or when) that thing rattles loose at speed it will throw the bike foward. Understand that it will not launch you from the bike, but because of the speed involved and the pivot point, it will act as a rat trap and slam you face first in to the pavement! There have been a number of serious motoredbike injuries and casualties due to this. I'm not hacking on you or your bike, I just want you to enjoy the ride without injury!!!
