my bike has no power

the ability for spark to jump the gap is reduced when the air is compressed, as in a 2 stroke engine. So testing the spark outside of the engine is not a foolproof test. The standard ignition system makes barely enough voltage for spark to happen inside the engine, when it hasn't been compromised any.

You haven't tested the crankcase for compression. Just test the seals to see if they are leaking. If they are then you are losing compression there.

A wet plug does not mean the fuel ratio is right. Take the carb apart and make sure the jet is not clogged partially.
