2 issues- 1) chain too loose, 2) sprockets not alligned or tensioner not aligned or both.

Yes I think it is that the tensioner is not aligned. Because when I slant it to align it works but the tensioner cannot stay slant, so I tryed to flatten it with a hammer to have it aligned slanted on the frame, but to be honest it could be the rear sprocket, I have a disc brake mount so I kinda made a protype in a way, Im using the stock 9 bolt sprocket that came with the kit, and got 2 long bolts and tryed to use that. so maybe that could be the prob?? Im waiting on my disc mount sprocket from andyinchville though.
