My First Build

I call her Ugly Betty , just a cheap steel 18 speed off Kijiji for 40 bucks , motor fits perfect had to bend the exhaust to clear the crank , its typical of the bikes running round Hamilton right now . nothin fancy but gets the job done! Perf carb boost bottle and tuned pipe are comin!

It's not ugly at all.

That's a very good bike for the job. Higher quality than many of the bikes out there. Notice the butted tube junctions, for instance.

I have a suggestion; Permatex that clutch cover.

I had one fill with rain and rust up the inside. I might or might not be able to clean it up an get it working again. I haven't tried yet.

But I learned my lesson. Those covers need to be sealed.

Thanks for all the kind words everyone , the performance goodies are here' im gonna put solid black tires on her and get the parts installed and post some more pics . Maybe think of a better name too!
