My First engine build!

This is my first proper engine build! It is a 70cc liquid cooled minarelli cylinder, to get the cylinder to work I sadly had to change the stud pattern. Because it`s liquid cooled it doesn't the reed on the cylinder so I 3D printed a case reed mount, and while I was in there i balanced the crank. I think i have a pretty bad expansion chamber, should i change it? Here is a photo of it. Does anyone want a cost run down?

#1 question, where's the water pump? LC head and barrel needs water.

Yeah, change that pipe for sure. Can you weld?

I have a 12v water pump and a voltage regulator, the pump flows 0.6 liters a second which i am pretty sure is enough and have 360mm pc radiator.

I can weld but I don`t have a welder but I have multiple friends with welders. Any suggestions on what pipe sections to use?

85cc dirt bike pipe is the best. KX85 has the widest power band. I have one to go in my chop top Phantom

You can drive a pump off the clutch if you're feeling frisky. A water pump for power drill will be able to handle the rpm. https://www.harborfreight.com/750-gph-drill-pump-56847.html

See if you can get a bushing to take up the difference between the pump shaft and a motorized bike, "bevel gear"
