My gas bike won’t start

I was riding it flyingand I press the clutch as I’m slowing down,and it shuts off never started again and now when I try and start it it goes so easliy, and makes low hiss noise as if there is no compression, I just got a new carb and spark system it has spark and is getting fuel.

check for lose head bolts and leaks, compression check then visual inspection of piston and rings and such if needed.

I opened it and saw the piston ring is broken and the piston is like this also as I tried peddling it back fired but no start so do I change the piston?

You have to determine if it's a low or high hole piston. From your picture it looks like a high hole.
