not sure

It is a 17.5" frame but my analog speedo goes nuts as soon as it hits 30 so I'm not sure how fast it goes

for every 1 mile of road in this town there are at least 3 hills
I live at the edge of the valley of the sun where it starts rising

Thats why I looked into a motor in the first place ... my old knees needed a break 8)

I just made a deal with a guy on craigslist for a Haro V1 that he says has only been ridden 2 times.
He's asking $275. Do you think it's worth it? How do you like the bike so far?
Are the shocks on it adjustable?

Shawshank, I think his is a 2004 model which got some good reviews on MTBR. Seems like a pretty good bike especially to motorize but 275.00 doesn't seem like that great of a deal. For 275.00 I think you could find a better bike on Craigslist. You could also get a brand new entry level Haro or other mtb for around 300.00. Do you know what year it is?
