Engine Trouble My motor won't start

I'm the same weight you are, what motor kit did you buy???...How many CCs???...What sprocket are you using right now???

What is more important to you???...Get up and go, meaning torque, or just ease into it and develop top end speed???
so I wanted to get a different rear sprocket. Maybe I should go with a 42 or a 44.
So...lol...Once again I ask, what sprocket is on it right now???...lol.

It kinda struggles when I go up steeper hills
That could also be from a number of other reasons as well, unless your going up and down Garrison Hill all the time, there are not too many really steep hills in Dover...lol...lol.

If your using that Z series POS Chinese spark plug, throw it out and replace it with an NGK-BR6HS plug and gap it at .025 thousandths.
Again, that C clip position on the needle valve will also make a difference, also what oil/fuel ratio are you using when mixing your gas in a one gallon gas can NOT MIXED IN TANK, as it will not mix evenly in the tank...Must be in a gas jug so you can shake and mix everytime before adding to the tank.

you mean .025? or 25 thousandths?
LOL.

25 thousandths as a Decimal
If you divide 25 by one thousand you get 25 thousandths as a decimal which is 0.025.
I always write thousandths at the end of that when some really dumb people thought .025 was supposed to be a quarter of an inch...lol.

This is my way to remove all doubt on the measurement...Especially since illiteracy is becoming more abundant due to the lack of proper education in this country since teachers are more concerned about DEI and being Politically Correct, left wingnut, socialist/communist activists rather than properly teaching and educating people anymore.

Sorry, the sprocket I have on it now is a 32 tooth sprocket. I’ve already replaced the spark plug with an E3 E3.12 which so far has been working great for me

I use a 36 tooth sprocket myself, I have used it on my Zeda 80cc, and I still use it on my Phantom 85, it pulls hills quite well with either motor.

My present bike in use at the moment.

Also be aware that the E3-12 is the wrong heat range plug for these motors, it is supposed to be an E3-32 if you use an E3 plug at all.

There is also this reason in the URL link below as to why I do not ever recommend or ever use E3 plugs whatsoever.
See the next post after mine on that URL to show you what can happen to an E3 plug on our motors.

I will definitely look at the link you sent in a little bit. I’m currently at work lol. I must say too, congratulations, very much soo!!! That is a very, very nice ride you got going on for yourself there!!!

Thank-you...Before my second retirement in New Hampshire working for VIOC Valvoline on the East Coast of the USA, I was also an ASE certified master mechanic...If I can't build a bike, I had best hang it up...lol.
