My new bike ate my shorts!

brand new build- YD80 with a saw carb. first start....... whiiirrrrrrr pop pop pop Ummph! Yup fired three times then seized solid.
I knew as soon as it happened what it was.
the little ball of underpants fabric shoved into my intake manifold got sucked into it's belly.
I have no room to get the head or barrel off in the frame so out it comes again!- Its like a European superbike to work on. Its an hour to get the engine out. very fiddley. Im now figuring out how to get the fabric out from between piston and barrel? burn it?

I can't say I have ever heard this one as of yet as being one of the many problems encountered with the motors on our bikes...lol...lol...You really have to be working this one to have made it happen...lol...lol...Eat My Shorts...lol.

We are gonna have to start calling you Bart Simpson...lol.
