I wouldn't ever even think of riding without at least one hand on the handlebars, the same with a pedal bike or a motorcycle too...It only takes just one 'whoops' to ruin your entire day...lol...lol.

I read this thread a while back and lost it. I got my fatbike nailed in, no death wobble the few tests I did.

Then I did a video with my new cam, to show my wife. And...stuck both my hands in the camera.
She caught it hah! Scolded me geez.

The ground is nice a fluffy green everywhere. Most of the roads were flooded so I had to make my own trail today
Since it's a dry lake bed, there really isn't any big rocks to contend with,
Rover loves to make her own trail I just point the way

Last pic you can see Rover got me thru the bush and I made it back to civilization
