The Whizzer isn't "legal" by NC moped laws only because of the engine size. NC law states that it must be under 50cc but since I drive it around at moped speeds (under 30mph, most of the time The cops in my my area don't seem to care so I ride it all over town with no worries.

Thanks for the response on the "legality" question. I am glad your local law enforcement dosn't seem interested in your riding the Whizzer. Be safe and as Quenton says "have fun".
