So I my clutch arm kept popping out and didn't know why until I read a thread on here. Attached pictures to show my solution. I found a nail the same size as the hole that the pin retainer goes in and made it a bit longer so my spring tensioner frame keeps it from falling out. And yes my chain was rubbing the inside of the frame. Fixed that with washers for clearance.
