Looks very nice, I also like the manitou's The reverse arch looks funky! I'm thinking of upgrading my forks to a lock out suspension eventually.

Thanks! I have been thinking about building this bike for a while so its a pretty specific component list. I love the forks but the reverse arch does look kind of funky but they rock. I'm in the process of building a new HD rear rim w/ a Nexus 8 spd red ring hub. I'm using it for commuting (no off road) so the gear range is not really needed plus it will cut down on control clutter a bit.

I have about 120 miles on it so far. Its a serious blast. So far I have had no problems with the law bugging me about it but I dont make myself very conspicuous the rack/trunk/panier set up obscures it pretty good It also has a Burley trailer hitch set-up & pulls it like a beast.

Nice Trek, 2 disc brakes and town&country tires, good choice. Reminds me of one of my bikes.
