Ok Tight.. I got a bunch of them... And I got a few New washers left.. Thank goodness I didnt make that Bolt Tight.. !!

I got the springwasher and washer on it and bolt is in,
and as tight as i can get it hand tight..
I got some auto Greace.. for the gears... but should I use the grease and oil...

now i just got to get a chain and hook up the cables...

and IM done... Pics WIll be comming.....

Use grease only in tranny,no oil.

Hey, thanks for telling me that.... the online PDF says to use both , But since You have been the Bike DOC ill do what you say!!!!

My $50.00 KTM HD415 Chain.. (I bent the *nap out of the one that comes with the kit.... And my new one I got the Extra slak off, (shhh)
I did that while I was at work...

Now I can
>Put on the chain and Master Link,
>put the snot (grease ) in the Gear box.
>put on the gas tank mount on and Fill it.. (yes i put oil in the motor) LOL...
>hook up the cable (gas) and (Clutch)

Its Tue pm right now 1140 pm, and I will have time on Wed and Thur AM...

i just got home from a EPIC!!! busy day at work... and my Computer is now saying the wrong time and date... the only problem is that im now using my PDA to surf the net... GRR but im waiting for my notebook to Reformat....
then Ill be all set... Im hoping Thurs to get the little stuff done on the bike..

I got the snot in the gear box, and i got the chain on this morning... I just have to bolt my MONSTER gas tank mount to the bike.. Im using the Spring washers.. /\_/\ haha ... and after that Ill just need to get the Gas cable and cluth cable on and THATS! it...

wow... working so many hours is killing this project...

WOW everything on but cables,

I got the motor Running... (idle)
I let the motor warm up...
and I Pulled the clutch cable,(by hand)
and BANG!!

Now I see smoke from Clutch case... I use kill switch...
the engager dont work right....
GRRR

I took the gears out...

Is it possible the Idle on the motor is to high...
also... I just was thinking... I was not riding the bike....
I guess if i was riding it would of been fine...
at the idle is was wanting to Take off...
and thats with the 20 tooth Gear.....
