Need help adjusting NG carburetor

I have NG carburetor new, was leaking, I turned in something that I felt might be leaking which I now believe is the high-speed jet. Just below the idle speed adjustment, can't find anything about the proper setting up this. If it wasn't broke why did I mess with it.
