Need help clutch not engaging

The flower nut set screw is missing from the picture...It is an absolute requirement that it be there.
It needs to be there once clutch is fully adjusted or the flower nut is just gonna spin around again and the clutch will loosen up and stop engaging.
Also, your using white lithium grease as a chain lube for what reason exactly ???
In the meanwhile, let me assume that the clutch may not have been adjusted correctly right from the beginning.
Follow these instructions to the letter as I have written them, every single little item has a reason for being written and mentioned in my tutorial below so read it carefully step by step.
And don't forget that flower nut set screw that stops the flower nut from moving once it is adjusted properly again.

2Stroke clutch always either engaged or disengaged
Hello so i'm having some problems, after having to change some parts in my clutch, including clutch pads and etc, the clutch is always disengaged for whatever reason, i've tried adjusting the clutch spring that is inside, wont help, ive tried adjusting the cable also wont help, any more ideas...
