Need Help | How Do I Check For Case Air Leaks?

I wish I could throw videos on here. I would show you my shifter bike, How I start it, what it sounds like cold, warm, when I've beat the living hell out of her. She's an ugly duckling, but she runs so sweet. She's never given me any problems.

Because you never had a good reason to ... until now.

Take covers off. Start engine. Use unlit mapp torch again, aim at cranks seal. Did it rev higher? Yes, leak found, no, keep looking.

I found the seal behind the magneto. Is there one behind the clutch as well?

Yep, two on crank, two on clutch. Unless the case gasket is back, I cant see it leaking from the clutch. It should be sealed off from the fuel side of the case. Never hurts to check while the covers are off though.
