Need help

Hey guys! have a question....got a friction bike few days ago runs good no problems....the rear cable snapped and got disconnected..not sure what it was connected too but that's where i need your guys help....pictures posted of the cable...anychance any1 knows what this connects too? thanks would be appreciated

Basically the cable snapped for the engagment of the rear roller...so now the rear roller wont lock down on the wheel witch means i have no power...i need to recconect it so i can ride it again...any help would be greatful..thanks
