Ya 7.5 should actually be 75, seeing the needle kit you got doesn't have a 69 or 67 you'll have to use the 65.

Right as always!! I finially got to 65 in and she's riding smooth as hell!! Still a little put but barely even there. Thank you!!

I did before I put the 70 in and it would barely run and bog out. That's why I asked if the new kit would work because it has 60 61 62 63 64 65 66 67 68 up to 80 and I was thinking maybe I need a 64 or 63 for perfection lol but I wasnt sure if those are the right jets... Also I was wondering after I clean up the ports, change the head gasket and sand and polish the head will I have to rejet?

If the porting is substantial, you might have to back to the 75.

If I take the cylinder body off will i have to replace the gasket?

If the engine is brand new, no. But if you have ran it for awhile, you may already have oil soak on it and it might be hard to get to seal.

On the piston there is to pins, kinda like 2 and 10 o'clock, make sure the bevels on the end of rings lines up under those pins. If the ring gets stuck under one of those pins it is near impossible to get the jug back on.
